Description:
Two 50c Flag booklets, CBN, C paper with DOUBLE BLACK PRINT on the reverse side. A rare error, with each booklet different. One has a very strong downward doubling of the black, while the other has a slightly weaker doubling upwards. I have never seen or heard these reported. One of the booklets also has the vertical diecuts shifted to the right resulting in part of the right-edge traffic lights and text showing on the right-most stamps. Back designs are matched ('SE').
